Call Deck is very easy but a powerful productivity tool. Developed for both business and personal use the Call Deck service allows you to create a group of contacts and quickly share with others either privately to only those you invite or publicly to everyone that has the Call Deck app. To set-up your own contact groups which we call “Decks” simply follow these steps.
You can enter Deck records or invite Users manually or import using the import wizard. The import wizard is only available on the Website.

Easily edit, add or delete Deck records or Users from Website Dashboard or Mobile App.
Users can be invited to view or have administrator privileges of a private Deck you create. You can complete the invitation from the Website Dashboard or the Mobile App. From the Website simply select the “Invite Users” button and follow the instructions. From the App just “swipe left” to select the Invite option and complete the required fields
Invitation can be done by email, text or both. An email is required since this is the way we can determine if the invited User is a current Call Deck account holder. If a mobile phone number is provided a text message will be sent as well as an email and text messaging rates may apply.
When current Call Deck Users receive a Deck invite in addition to a text and email notification there will be an alert bell icon appear in the top right menu within the Call Deck App. Tap on this icon to bring up a dialog to accept or reject the invite.
At anytime the Deck creator or assigned Administrators can edit, delete or add records. This can be done both on the Web Dashboard or Mobile App. Any changes are instantly distributed and automatically changed for all Users who have access to the Deck. To edit or delete a contact from the Mobile App simply “swipe left” on the contact to reveal the controls for that contact. To make changes from the Website simply click on a Deck and select “edit” at contact record.
All Decks and Deck Records have the ability to add a thumbnail image. We highly recommend this as it provides quick visual reference to a Deck or contact. I no image is selected for a contact record then if a image has been selected for the Deck this image will appear on all records within that Deck. We provide a gallery of thumbnail images or you can upload your own.
Adding Deck contact records from the Website is very easy from the Dashboard once a Deck is created. From the Mobile App Deck contact records are added by “tapping” on a plus icon in the top right of the App.
